Belle Décor was established in July 2020 by Our Talented Owner Ellie Spencer. Ellie has had years of experience in the Entertainment Industry and put them to the test by opening up her own business and has never looked back.

Based all around Essex, Kent & London we can deliver to all areas and post smaller orders all around the UK. We can also provide a consultation service for event venues and provide a full set-up and delivery Service.
