  1. NABAS (‘the organisers’) undertake to provide the package as specified in the programme of events as detailed on our website.
  2. The customer is required to settle all invoices no later than Friday 3rd March 2023 – 10 working days before the date of the event. Failure to do so will result in the Association preventing you participating in the event.
  3. All payments must be received into the NABAS account– bank details will be included on the invoice, which will be issued on receipt of the payment.
  4. In the event of the training day/AGM  being cancelled the organisers will provide a full refund of the total paid.
  5. Cancellations: NABAS cancellation policy for the training day/agm event is “In Line With The Terms & Conditions Of Best Western Plus, Windmill Village Hotel (The Venue),  Of Which We Are Contractually Bound:” On the day or within 30 days of event – no refund, 30 – 59 days prior to event 10% refund, 60 – 179 days prior to event 20% refund, 180 – 364 days prior to event 50% refund. NABAS will allow transfer of tickets to another person.
  6. Non-appearance at the event will not entitle any refund from the organiser.
  7. If the customer fails to make payment, the organiser reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover the full invoice value plus the recovery charges.
  8. The organisers reserve the right to amend the conference programme and instructor line up.
  9. Any damage caused by any third party attending the event will be charged accordingly and could lead to you being refused entry to future events.
  10. Removal of any items, including but not limited to equipment, balloon stock, accessories, including displays built whilst attending the event without permission from the committee will be charged accordingly and could lead to you being refused entry to future events.
  11. Covid-19 – The association are obliged to follow health and safety law and carry out risk Assessments. The association will endeavour to make all attendees as safe as possible at the event. The association reserve the right to request all attendees of the event follow covid 19 measures. Should strict measures be needed at the time of the event you will be notified accordingly.
  12. Covid-19 Cancellation Policy. The cancellation policy for Covid-19 will be in line with the Hotels (Best Western Plus, Windmill Village Hotel) Hotel and Booking Contract (as Point 5 above) unless it’s as advised by the Government.
