Enfield (with travel to other campuses if required) 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced an enthusiastic and experienced person to join the team at Capel delivering Floristry, Floral design, Balloon Artistry and Event Styling courses at all levels.

The successful candidate will have relevant subject specific and teaching/assessing qualifications, be able to demonstrate their knowledge of the design processes through to the finished product, developing and implementing new concepts and ideas in this specialist area to inspire and motivate students to successfully achieve.

The ideal candidate will be have a passion for teaching and for sharing their knowledge and experience. They will be supportive of all students and believe in the college’s core values in promoting a positive learning environment with equal opportunity and diversity at its core.  Strong administrative skills will be required to underpin all aspects of teaching and learning.  The motivation to work supportively within a team, value and respect others at all times and enthusiastically pursue continual personal development are essential characteristics of the person we are looking to employ.
